Classes at Barev School are held directly in your personal account on our platform. There’s no need to download or install any additional software on your computer or smartphone – you’ll access the lesson right from your browser.
Simply navigate to the “My Class” section in the menu on the left side of your personal account page.
IMPORTANT! When launching the video conference for the first time, the site will ask for permission to use your device’s camera and microphone. Make sure to grant permission by clicking the appropriate button.
By default, the system will automatically detect your data, as well as video and audio devices, and configure them accordingly. All you need to do is click the “Join Lesson” button and wait for your teacher to grant you access to the class.
Sometimes, the system may not automatically configure your video and/or audio devices. If this happens, here’s how you can fix it:
a) No Video
If you aren’t visible on the screen, it’s likely that your computer has multiple video devices or there are driver issues.
In the first case, click the “Video Settings” button as shown in the image and select a different camera from the list.
If your video device isn’t listed, try updating your drivers or consult a professional.
b) No Sound
If the other person can’t hear you, similar to the camera issue, your computer may have multiple audio devices or driver problems.
Click the “Audio Settings” button, as shown in the image, and select a different device from the list. Say a few words and check if the microphone indicator next to its name lights up.
If your microphone doesn’t appear in the list, update the drivers or contact a specialist for help.
c) Advanced Settings
