Under the School’s rules, student-initiated cancellations are made in the “Schedule” section of your student account. Each upcoming lesson has a “Cancel Lesson” button in its row.
This button is available only for students enrolled in individual lessons. Students in any other format (group, pair, etc.) cannot cancel or reschedule lessons, and any missed lessons are charged in full.
When you click “Cancel Lesson,” the system checks whether the lesson can be canceled without a charge, in accordance with Clause 5 of the School’s Public Offer Agreement.
If you cancel at least 6 hours before the lesson start time and you have not already used your 2 allowed cancellations for the calendar month, the lesson will be canceled with no deduction from your balance.
If you do not attend a lesson and do not cancel it in advance in the system, the missed lesson will be charged in full under the School’s rules.
After you confirm the cancellation, the system will add the corresponding entries in both the “Schedule” and “Lesson History” sections.
